What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the name, email address, phone number and project details you enter, plus the drawings and files you send us afterwards. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, produce the work you commission and invoice for it. Quote-form submissions are delivered to our studio inbox by an email service provider. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not share your drawings or project information with third parties except contractors bound by confidentiality who are working on your project (for example a licensed drone operator).

Storage and security

Project files are stored on access-controlled systems and retained for as long as needed to support the project and any reuse you request. You can ask us to delete your files at any time after delivery.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@build3drender.com.au. Complaints can be raised with us first and, if unresolved, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
