Quotes and pricing

Quotes are fixed prices in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST, based on the drawings and scope supplied. Published starting prices apply to standard scope; larger or more complex work is quoted per project. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Payment

50% to start, 50% on approval of drafts. Final files are released on receipt of the final payment. Rush surcharges are agreed in writing before work starts.

Draft renders, revisions and changes

A draft render with materials and lighting close to final, sent for your feedback before we produce the finals — so nothing is a surprise. Up to four revision rounds included on every render. Camera, framing, material and styling changes are made within those rounds. Changes to the design itself, or additions to the agreed scope, are quoted as additional work.

Turnaround

Typical delivery is 5–7 business days from an approved brief, and the delivery date is confirmed with the quote. Delays caused by late drawings, late approvals or changes to the brief extend the delivery date accordingly.

Usage rights

On full payment you receive a perpetual licence to use the delivered images and films for marketing, planning and internal purposes for the project they were produced for. We retain ownership of the working files and 3D models and the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Accuracy

Renders are produced from the drawings and specifications supplied and are artistic impressions of a proposed design. You are responsible for confirming that what is shown is consistent with what will be built and for any disclaimers required in your marketing.
