Interior 3D render of a childrens play centre with slide and ball pit
  • Interior 3D render of a play centre climbing wall and soft seating

From the studio archive, described from the render itself.

What the render shows

Two interior views of a soft-play centre: arched joinery, cloud pendants, a terrazzo floor and the slide, ball pit and climbing wall in position.

How it was built

Play equipment was modelled from supplier drawings so dimensions are accurate, and the colour palette was taken from the designer's board.

Deliverable

Two interior renders framed to show the whole floor and the equipment detail.

What this render has to do

A soft-play centre is sold to two people at once: the parent who pays and the child who insists. These two interior views show one room from different angles, which is how leisure fit-outs are usually presented, with a wide view of the whole floor and a second that studies the equipment and joinery.

The pair is a studio piece rather than a documented commission, so what follows describes what this type of brief involves. In general such images support concept approval, landlord discussions, supplier coordination and an opening campaign, and they must be playful without hiding that the room is a real, buildable space.

Materials, light and camera

The scheme is built from soft shapes and a limited palette. Arched gold-toned bands run across a white ceiling studded with cloud-shaped light fittings, and arched timber shelving with lit niches holds toys and blocks. A green fluted wall panels the back, against which a mauve spiral slide drops into a round ball pit set in a terrazzo floor, with grey patterned carpet tile elsewhere.

A plywood climbing wall with coloured holds stands to one side, pale green poufs and a cloud-shaped table sit in the foreground, and a teal balloon dog adds a playful accent. Cameras are at adult standing height and wide enough to show the circulation between zones.

How a set like this is built

Play equipment is the unusual item in a leisure render. Slides, towers and ball pits are normally supplier products, so we model them from supplier drawings to get the dimensions right and then place them on the plan to test clearances. The colour palette comes from the designer's board, and finishes such as terrazzo, carpet tile and fluted panelling need their own samples or references.

Ask your supplier for dimensioned drawings and your designer for the board, then send both with the plan, the ceiling plan and the joinery elevations. With those in hand a draft is typically ready in 5 to 7 business days, up to four revision rounds are included, and the fixed quote arrives within one business day.

Working with us on a similar project

For leisure interiors, send the floor plan, the reflected ceiling plan, the equipment drawings and the colour board. Interior renders start from A$345, and extra angles are priced at the same rate. Commercial visualisation of this kind often needs a companion piece, so ask about a walk-through using 3D architectural animation, which starts from A$65 per second with a 30 second minimum.

If the equipment supplier wants stand-alone images of a slide or climbing structure, product rendering can isolate each item on a clean background. Our turnaround guide explains how timing works when several deliverables share one model. Half the fee is payable to start the work and the remaining half once you approve the draft.
